History
Jean is a 24 year old Special Agent in the FBI within the Cyber crime division. Initially from Virginia, the young man was quick to go for the FBI, wanting to be a secret agent. Despite that fantasy being shattered, Jean went ahead and continued to follow his initial dreams, making Junior agent by the age of 20, and moving up to Special agent following a few years of field work and specialized study in cyber crime.
While he was a passive follower of the video Podcast, his interest came in the last episode, and being that the inital crime was broadcasted over the web, the young man took on the case of the missing videographers, working out of the Seattle office for now until he can solve the case.

Inspired Guesswork - [SHARP] Once per mystery, observing an opponent in action, you may investigate a mystery to discover its powers, motivations, or weaknesses. It works even if what you asked about wasn't displayed: you work it out by deduction (okay: guessing).

Direction Sense - You are rarely lost. You always know where North is and can orient yourself easily without any external cues.
Returning Throw - When an ally misses with a thrown weapon attack, you can catch the weapon and use it to attack the original target. This also works if someone throws something at you and they miss. (Act Under Pressure)
Soothe - If you talk to someone for a few seconds in a quiet voice, you can calm them down, blocking any panic, anger, or other negative emotions. This works even if the thing that freaked them out is still present, as long as your voice can be heard.
Disarm Master - This is the ability to disarm an armed opponent using your wits, and your hands.and roll +Sharp.
One Bullet Left - The character will always have a single bullet in his or her gun, even after an extended firefight.
Healing Touch - When you put your hands skin-to-skin on a wounded person and open your brain to them, roll+weird.
Night Vision - You can see in all but absolute darkness. However, this magical ability may mean that your eyes turn a different colour or resemble cat’s eyes during the night.
