History
Reginald was born in the sunny land of Seattle, Washington. His parents, business lawyers and corporate backers, were rarely at home, always off protecting this CEO or that Executive from themselves. Reginald spent most of his days on the internet, his private education helping him to manage his time as he pleased. He swiftly surpassed all his teachers in education, while slowly building up an organization online who would dig up the dirt needed to keep his parents from coming home. It was unwarranted, but a good practice for him in managing people and keeping the flow of money coming in. It also kept him busy.
When he graduated high school, he stepped into law school without any questions, knowing that, in order to complete his organization, he would have to understand the laws that governed the people. He went through and became a Civil Rights lawyer, only to discover that, though it was profitable, it did not aide him enough in his goals of control over the corporations. So, back he went into law school and learned Union Rights laws, along with civil and criminal laws to back his education up. He graduated from law school a second time, and went to work passing his bar exams.
After passing the bar for all the West Coast states, he began his push east. His organization, at the same time, was spreading. The connections he made within the U.S. underworld made him a force to be reckoned with, for those who knew anything about his history in the courts.
While in the court, he was a master manipulator. He could manipulate the person into speaking the truth, simply with his words alone. He would twist the questions in such a way that the person would unwillingly speak only the truth. If even that did not convict the person of their crimes, Reginald would then make his phone-calls, and his organization would clear the issue.
